I'm thrilled to share that I have a new book coming out this November.
I'm delighted to continue doing book signings for my award-winning poetry collection, This and That and an Ice Cream Sundae: Reflections in Poems from Age 86. The signings at Barnes & Noble are always a highlight!
A special honor over the course of this writing journey has been the Westport Museum of Contemporary Art inviting me back five times to read from my book.

At age 90, I proved once again that it's never, never too late to chase your dreams! In May 2026, I captured not one, but TWO gold medals at the Connecticut Senior Games, winning the 50-meter dash and the 1500-meter power walk. Now I've set my sights on an even bigger challenge, the 2027 National Senior Olympics!
In this inspiring and light-hearted book, I share my remarkable journey from the starting line in Connecticut to my quest for national gold. Filled with determination and unexpected challenges, my story celebrates the joy of embracing new adventures at any age. After all, dreams don't come with an expiration date!
